My name is Maria Karypidou and I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of the Aegean, in Greece and a Master's Degree in "Meteorology, Climatology and Atmospheric Environment" from the Department of Meteorology and Climatology, at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. On March 2018 I set out for my PhD adventure, by studying the attributes of african rainfall climatology and how well do regional climate models simulate those attributes.
