== Тестирање новог језика ==
 
Тестирање нових језика захтјева да окружење за нови језик и, ако је потребно, фонтови буду инсталирани.
Провјери који језици су тренутно инсталирани на твој систем командом:
  locale -a
 
Да промјениш окружење за одређени језик (локално), уради сљедеће кораке (овдје, примјер за јуниксолико окружење):
 
  1. Дефиниши/провјери језичка подешавања:
    echo $LANG
    echo $LANGUAGE
    echo $LC_ALL
 
  2. Промјени их (нпр. за јапански):
    a) bash shell:
        export LANG=ja_JP
        export LANGUAGE=ja_JP
        export LC_ALL=ja_JP
 
    b) (t)csh shell:
        setenv LANG ja_JP
        setenv LANGUAGE ja_JP
        setenv LC_ALL ja_JP
 
Сада покрени GRASS у терминалу. Ако га покрећеш преко иконе, мораш промјенити LOCALE у подешавањима.
 
Остали језици корисни за тестирање су <tt>de_DE</tt> за Њемачки, <tt>fr_FR</tt> за Француски, или "C" за ниједан (уствари <tt>en_US</tt>, који је основни језик за GRASS).
