Specially called budget planning meeting for 2025
Overview of documents:

- Anna shared the budget planning spreadsheet
- Vashek cloned the 2024 spreadsheet and we start from there
- GRASS income:
- OSGeo: we asked for USD 5k, but we got USD 2.5k
- Opencollective: we get an average of USD 500 per year
- GSoC money: USD 1500 siting with OSGeo (permanent)
- Explanation of budget planning and general budget management.
