Description
Temporary template for pages is in progress of translating.
Two parameters:
- "to" language name; in a format "Russian" etc.
- If udefined - substitute variable "SUBPAGENAME"
- If defined - page automatically added in category named "Category:Translating into <"to" language name>"
- (optional) "from" language name
Sample calling for page in progress of translating from English to Russian:

Result:
This page is in progress of translating to Russian from English.
