Q: How do I install winGRASS?

A:

Precompiled winGRASS/Cygwin packages are available here (requires extra Cygwin package)
Native winGRASS packages (Grass 6.4 and development version of Grass 6.5 and 7.0) are here. See also related WinGRASS Current Status
