I am a geographer and Earth observation scientist, currently working at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission.

I have a background in Geography and continuous education in Geographical Information Systems and remote sensing techniques. Supported by a deep interest for new applied technologies and interdisciplinary approaches, I am interested in monitoring, studying and assessing the interactions of environment and society, in order to address relevant societal challenges.
